REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales or business development in Arabic countries, especially in the Saudi market
  • Strong understanding of B2G and private sector procurement processes
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, under stress and pressure
  • Native Arabic Speaker, Fluency in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Opportunity Management:
  • Leverage and nurture existing company relationships to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate and guide with the lead generation team to find new opportunities
  • Grow company network by establishing relationships with new companies and government entities

    Proactive Market Outreach:
  • Identify and connect with key individuals in target departments / companies to gather valuable insights on tenders and procurement plans
  • Conduct proactive outreach to establish relationships and understand market needs

    Proposal and Negotiation:
  • Present tailored proposals that address client requirements and value propositions
  • Clarify project requirements, including pricing, selection criteria, and other relevant details

    Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress, market insights, and customer feedback
