REQUIREMENTS
English level: Upper Intermediate
Clear understanding of SDLC and practical skills in applying Agile methodologies in accordance with it
Experience with Jira (sprint planning, creating and configuring boards, etc.)
Task decomposition, ability to analyze business requirements, and propose simple solutions based on them
Expectation management skills

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and create technical documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES
Activities / Meetings:
Presale management:
Presale Kick-off Meeting: Introductory meeting between BD, CTO, and BA/GD to collect requirements and discuss the general tech implementation vision
Documentation: Prepare presale folders, templates, enter presale information into a table, and schedule based on priority and workload
Team Sync:Sync with the team to prepare a list of clarification questions
Client Meetings: (Optional) Participate in meetings with BD and clients to clarify requirements and agree on the proposal format
Task Creation for BA: Create and validate BA tasks
Content Validation Meeting: Intermediate meeting to validate provided content, ensure comments are addressed
Task Creation for UI/UX Designers: Create tasks and possibly book additional content validation meetings
Resource Management: (Optional) Sync with Resource Manager for free estimation in different tech stacks
Detailed Estimations:Prepare a detailed breakdown estimation with the technical team
Final Review Meeting: Review final design and estimation, finalize price offering, and implement final edits
Submission: Submit the final proposal
Offer Presentation: (Optional)Participate in the proposal presentation to the client with BD and selected team members.
Project management:
Project Kick-off Meeting: Introductory meeting with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and roles
Requirements Gathering Session: Collaborate with the Business Analyst and client to gather detailed requirements, clarify project needs, and discuss technical feasibility
Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment, using tools like Jira and MS Project
Sprint Planning Meeting: Plan and prioritize tasks for upcoming sprints, define goals, and assign tasks to team members in Jira
Daily Stand-ups: Host or participate in daily Scrum meetings to check on progress, resolve blockers, and realign team efforts
Client Review Meetings: Hold regular progress review meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business needs
Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues as they arise, and communicate with stakeholders on resolutions
Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, update Jira tickets, ensure all user stories and tasks are properly documented and tracked
Backlog Grooming: Collaborate with the BA to ensure the backlog is updated, tasks are properly decomposed, and ready for future sprints
Change Management Meeting: Conduct meetings to assess and approve or deny change requests, ensuring project scope remains controlled
Stakeholder Reporting: Provide weekly or bi-weekly status reports to stakeholders and management, covering project health, budget, and any deviations from the plan
Resource Allocation & Management: Work with Resource Manager to allocate team members, manage workload, and ensure resources are available as needed
Mid-Sprint Check-in: Host an optional mid-sprint review to check progress and make adjustments to the sprint plan if necessary
Sprint Review: Conduct sprint reviews to demonstrate completed work to stakeholders, collect feedback, and make adjustments for the next sprint
Sprint Retrospective: Facilitate retrospective meetings to evaluate what went well, what didn’t, and how to improve the team’s process in the next sprint
Task Creation for BA/UI/UX: Assign and validate tasks for Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, ensuring deliverables align with client requirements.
