Eventyr is experiencing active growth and is presently seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Business Development Manager who is eager to achieve success with us.

As a part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the C-level, Marketing, and Sales teams to accomplish remarkable objectives


  • At least 2 year of experience as a Deal Closer in an IT service company/Gaming Company
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • A driven and passionate attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Understanding of the ABM approach


  • On a daily basis, the responsibilities will involve handling leads received from various sources, such as LinkedIn, Email, Upwork (no bidding, only hot leads), website, and references. The tasks include
  • Profiling every received lead
  • Engaging with leads to introduce the company
  • Clarify the requirements of the potential customer’s requests
  • Preparing proposals together with the Pre-Sale team
  • Presenting proposals to potential customers
  • Closing deals
  • Providing weekly reports to the CBDO
