As an SDR / Appointment Setter, you’ll be using top-notch data to identify companies that could benefit from our services. Your job is to reach out and connect with potential clients, focusing on booking meetings. This role involves a lot of phone calls, and we’re looking for someone who can bring creativity to the table—thinking outside the box to get noticed and engage prospects in new ways.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a software development company
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
  • Strong research skills to identify and target the right prospects
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a structured environment
  • A proactive, persistent, and creative approach to connecting with leads

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers using high-quality data
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels, with an emphasis on phone calls, but also using email, LinkedIn, messengers, social networks, and website forms
  • Craft personalized and creative messages to engage prospects
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with key decision-makers
  • Keep detailed records of your interactions in the CRM and track your performance stats
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads
  • Continuously refine and improve your outreach strategies based on what’s working
  • Operate within a well-organized environment with clear goals and processes, while bringing your own creative flair to achieve results
