About Project

We’re building a mobile‑first job marketplace that lets candidates and employers match with a simple swipe across sectors like retail, hospitality, warehouse, and customer support. You’ll ship cross‑platform features in React Native (iOS/Android) and React (web), backed by Node.js services. Focus areas: fast matching, geo‑filtering, notifications, candidate profiles, and employer tools. We’ll apply LLM‑powered search, content generation, and moderation to accelerate hiring and improve quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5+ years in Full‑Stack JS/TS
  • strong Node.js, React, React Native
  • Experience with LLM integrations and AI‑assisted dev tools (Cursor/Copilot)
  • TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, CI/CD, testing (Jest/React Testing Library)
  • Mobile app delivery (App Store / Google Play), push, deeplinks, OTA updates (Expo/EAS or bare RN)
  • Databases (MongoDB or PostgreSQL), caching (Redis), cloud (Vercel/AWS)

    Nice‑to‑have:
  • Serverless (Vercel Functions/AWS Lambda), Docker, GitHub Actions
  • Experience with matching/search, vector DBs, or content moderation
  • Payments (Stripe), maps/geo, analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel), feature flags
  • Startup/marketplace background
  • contributions to OSS or AI side‑projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and ship React Native app features and React web modules
  • Design Node.js APIs and data models
  • ensure performance and reliability
  • Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI/Claude) for search, matching, and automation
  • Implement push notifications, auth, payments, and third‑party integrations
  • Set up analytics & A/B tests
  • iterate from data
  • Own code quality, CI/CD, and monitoring
  • contribute to architecture
  • Partner with design/PM to prototype fast and refine UX
