Business Analyst

REQUIREMENTS

2+ year of experience as a business analyst
Upper intermediate English, both verbal and written
Tech background (Computer Since) or practical experience in programming
Knowledges of API, how it can be checked and data structures
Understanding of how client-server applications conceptually work
Understanding the types of databases, what they are, what are the differences, understanding of the principle of data storage
Understanding the basics of software development methodology
High communication skills, ability to be a team player
Result orientation
Proactivity
Analytical skills and critical thinking to process information from different sources
Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
Self-motivated and well-organized, able to set clear goals and priorities and execute them
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, UML diagrams)
Experience in notating business process/workflow
Experience in researching SDKs, libraries, etc.
Experience in writing documentation
Experience in Jira, Confluence
Experience in BPMN 2.0 notations (Draw.io etc.), Graphic editors – Miro, Figma

Will be a plus:
Experience with dating, social networks, creators platforms
Working with product ecosystem and white labels
Self-presentation
Ability to formulate ideas using any documents in a laconic and convincing way

Scope definition and requirements organization
Communication with the customer and the development team
Identification and analysis of business requirements
Creating and managing the requirements lifecycle
Creating and maintaining requirements and functional documentation
Making improvements to existing project documentation templates
Managing the scope of work, clarifying and verifying requirements with the development team
Participation in presentations of completed work to the customer
Participating in gathering and creation of requirements
Specifying requirements as User Stories & Tasks to guide new features development
Support team in requirements clarifications
Clarifying requirements, ensuring clarity and sufficiency of those
Close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to validate and confirm requirements
Working with UI/UX designers
Providing the business decisions
Specification of product’s vision
Graphical modelling of the processes (Activity, Use-case, BPMN, UML diagrams)
Understanding of API operation
Understanding and practical usage of the Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD) task artefacts
