About Project

Eventyr is expanding its business development activities to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth. The BDM will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our outreach team and potential clients, ensuring seamless communication, effective proposal development, and successful deal closures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in IT services sales
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach strategies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of proposal writing and presentation techniques
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and client management tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cooperate with the outreach team to process client replies and push leads to schedule calls
  • Conduct initial calls to gather key information for pre-sale and RFP processes
  • Collaborate with the Pre-sale team to develop compelling proposals tailored to client needs
  • Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to close deals effectively
  • Serve as the primary account manager for closed clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to refine outreach and sales strategies
