Full Stack Developer (React+Python)

REQUIREMENTS

Strong hands-on experience with Python (primary and most critical skill)
Proficiency with AWS and cloud-native development
Practical experience with React for front-end components or full-stack tasks
Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with founders
Experience delivering features end-to-end in small or early-stage teams
Self-driven mindset and ability to manage shifting priorities in a startup environment
English – Upper-Intermediate

Work closely with the Co-Founder on his technical backlog and deliver end-to-end solutions
Develop backend services and APIs using Python as the core language
Build and maintain front-end components using React when needed
Integrate cloud-native functionality using AWS services
Ensure high code quality, reliability, and performance across the stack
Take full ownership of tasks, from planning and implementation to testing and deployment
Collaborate effectively within a lean, fast-moving startup environment
Contribute to shaping early architecture, tooling, and development workflows
