About Project

Focus genres: casual mobile puzzles and board-style games — block puzzles, match/merge, card games, solitaire variants, mahjong, domino, word-block games, and similar proven mechanics. The collaboration is structured in two paid stages: Stage 1 — Concept (required): The designer pitches a game concept in a short brief format. Concepts that match our requirements are accepted and paid at agreed per-concept rates. Stage 2 — Playable Prototype (optional): Designers who want to go further can also implement their own concepts as code-based playable prototypes, built together with Claude. Time spent on prototype development is compensated hourly at an agreed rate. We give priority to designers who want to cover both stages, but we are also open to collaborators who only have bandwidth for Stage 1 and simply want a channel to pitch concepts and ideas to us. This is a fully remote, async, non-exclusive engagement. You keep your main job — we simply give you a channel to reuse, rework, and monetize ideas you already have

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of hands-on game design experience in casual mobile games (puzzle, board, card, word, or similar)
  • Currently or recently working at a casual/hyper-casual/hybrid-casual studio (e.g. Playrix, King,Zynga, Playtika, MY.GAMES, AppLovin/Lion Studios, Voodoo, Homa, Rollic, SayGames,CrazyLabs, Supersonic, Azur Games, Belka Games, Easybrain, MAG Interactive)
  • Proven track record of shipped or tested concepts — ideally with documented soft-launch or CPI-test results
  • Comfortable writing concept briefs in English (one-pager format: core loop, meta, monetization hook, reference games)
  • Open to working with AI tools (Claude) to turn concepts into playable prototypes — no heavy coding required
  • Independent, async, self-driven. No meetings unless you want them.

    Nice to have:
  • Portfolio of concepts that were pitched internally but never shipped
  • Experience with market research tools (Sensor Tower, data.ai, GameRefinery)
  • Basic prototyping skills (Unity, Construct, or willingness to prototype via Claude-assisted web builds).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • How it works
  • You submit a concept brief → we review within 5 business days
  • If the concept matches our requirements → it is accepted and paid at the agreed per-concept rate
  • Stage 2 is optional. If you want to also build the playable prototype, you do it together with Claude and log hours against an agreed cap — all prototype time is paid
  • If you don’t have bandwidth for Stage 2, that’s fine — you can stay on the concept track only
  • Successful prototypes feed into our publisher pipeline
  • additional success-based bonuses can be negotiated.

    What won’t work
  • AAA / mid-core / narrative game designers without casual mobile background
  • Pure level designers without concept ownership experience
  • Candidates looking for a full-time salaried position — this is explicitly a side-channel collaboration.
