We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Game Studio Head to take full responsibility for the success of our casual mobile game studio. This is a pivotal role where you will lead the studio with a focus on achieving outstanding business results through the creation and delivery of market-leading games.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Game Producer, Studio Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the gaming industry, with at least 5 years of relevant experience or a track record of notable achievements such as successfully launching financially viable games
  • Deep understanding of mobile gaming markets, user behavior, and monetization strategies, including familiarity with live operations, ad monetization models, and in-app purchase optimization
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make decisions that drive business success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing relationships with publishers and external partners
  • Proficiency in analyzing game metrics and leveraging data to improve product performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with adaptability to industry shifts and a clear understanding of key challenges in the current market landscape

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Game Concept Selection and Development:
  • Identify and evaluate potential game concepts aligned with market trends and audience preferences
  • Make informed product decisions to ensure high-quality and engaging games

    Publishing and UA Coordination:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with publishers
  • Collaborate with user acquisition (UA) teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for game launches and scaling

    Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats within the casual gaming sector, with expertise in using competitive analysis tools or platforms to gain actionable insights
  • Analyze product metrics and player feedback to guide improvements and future developments

    Leadership and Team Management:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of developers, designers, and analysts
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and team scalability within the studio
