About Project

Eventyr, a part of Sigma Software Group, is actively scaling and enhancing its HR processes. We are looking for a Head of HR—a leader who will drive talent management, foster corporate culture, and integrate innovative approaches into all aspects of human resource management.

This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of modern HR practices and talent management on an international level.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Deep understanding of the IT market and HR trends
  • Strategic vision: aligning HR strategies with business goals
  • Psychological education or completion of psychology courses / coach certification
  • Proactive self-development: experience with therapy, self-awareness practices, and leadership growth
  • Understanding of group dynamics and its impact on team collaboration
  • Experience with psychological assessment tools (e.g., DISC, Hogan) for recruitment
  • Practical experience in competency matrix creation and integration into business processes
  • Team culture development experience, especially for remote teams
  • English proficiency – B2+
  • Global expertise: experience working in international markets (USA, Europe, Asia, etc.) is a plus
  • HR financial management knowledge (budgeting, payroll) is a plus
  • IT and business network connections are a plus
  • HR Tech implementation experience (automation, AI tools) is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR Strategy Development:
  • Create and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development

    Reporting & Analytics:
  • Monitor department effectiveness using analytics
  • Prepare detailed reports to evaluate HR performance

    Performance Management:
  • Implement employee performance evaluation systems and analyze contributions
  • Develop competency matrices for leaders and teams
  • Design motivation and reward systems
  • Collaborate with management to improve productivity
  • Conduct IPE meetings with managers/team leaders
  • Support project roadmap development when needed

    HR Brand:
  • Develop and execute the company’s HR brand strategy
  • Plan Instagram content to enhance employer branding

    Corporate Culture:
  • Communicate strategic goals to the HR team
  • Build and maintain a culture based on a defined standards code

    Employee Interaction:
  • Resolve conflicts and enhance employee collaboration
  • Work with top management on resource allocation
  • Manage contract terminations and next steps
  • Set priorities and distribute tasks within the HR department
  • Optimize business processes for automation and efficiency
  • Ensure high employee satisfaction with working conditions

    Trend Analysis:
  • Stay up to date with the latest HR management trends
  • Implement innovative HR practices for competitive advantage

    Recruitment:
  • Improve talent acquisition methods and strategies
  • Use assessment tools (DISC, Hogan, etc.) for accurate hiring
  • Define ideal candidate profiles based on company needs

    Finance:
  • Process payroll and bonuses for employees
  • Manage the HR department budget, corporate payments, and expenses
  • Coordinate purchases and equipment payments
  • Maintain financial reporting and monitor departmental spending

    Eventyr Employee Service Desk:
  • Analyze and distribute department expenses
  • Approve expense requests

    Security:
  • Monthly account audits, data updates, and removal of outdated records
  • Manage employee access rights
