REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • English proficiency at Intermediate+ level for effective communication within an international team
  • Strong understanding of HR processes: employee onboarding and offboarding, team retention evaluation and improvement
  • High level of analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and apply data for informed decision-making
  • Excellent organizational skills: experience working in a multitasking environment with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to grow in HR, bringing in new ideas and contributing to the improvement of internal company culture
  • Outstanding communication skills: ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels, understanding the importance of clear and timely communication, listening actively, identifying employee needs, and engaging in constructive dialogue
  • Positive attitude towards problem-solving, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to continuous self-development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and implementation of corporate principles and HR processes
  • Analysis of HR metrics, strategy development based on collected data, and its execution
  • Ensuring effective internal communication between teams and departments
  • Designing and implementing employee development and training programs
  • Providing consultation and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Conflict management and ensuring effective problem resolution
  • Running performance evaluation programs.
