About Project

We’re developing a successful casual mobile game with a vibrant, stylized art direction and millions of downloads worldwide. The game ranks in the App Store’s top 10, and the team behind it includes veterans from Israel’s top mobile studios (Plarium, Playtika, and others). This is a live-operated, actively evolving title featuring light collection mechanics, soft social competition, and a playful cartoon style. It focuses on expressive characters, whimsical creatures, and juicy, engaging UI elements. The overall tone is fun, energetic, and highly recognizable. Players restore and build their islands, catch magical sea creatures, raid friends, and defend against attacks — all in a lighthearted, chaotic world filled with penguins, pirates, and treasure. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Graphic Designer to join their Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing eye-catching visuals for our social media platforms, store pages, and marketing channels. From static posts and animated banners to ASO creatives, you’ll help shape the visual language of the brand and communicate key messages to our global player base.; You’ll collaborate closely with the project’s Art Director and the studio’s Growth Manager to craft marketing assets that are both engaging and performance-driven, all while maintaining a consistent and appealing visual identity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent storytelling skills through static visuals and motion graphics
  • Experience working with asset libraries to repurpose and remix content effectively
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator
  • After Effects is a plus)
  • High-level English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • Passion for games and digital culture

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design static and animated visuals for social media, store pages, UA banners, and ASO materials
  • Develop creative assets using existing 3D and 2D libraries to craft new, compelling compositions
  • Collaborate with the Art Director to evolve and maintain the visual language of Fish of Fortune’s marketing content
  • Work closely with the Growth Manager to align creative output with marketing strategies and KPIs
  • Deliver high-quality assets on tight deadlines while maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the process
  • Ensure all assets follow platform-specific guidelines and best practices
