REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience as a Researcher or Sourcer in IT recruitment
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • Proficiency in AI tools for candidate search and assessment
  • Strong Boolean Search and X-Ray Search skills
  • Ability to process large volumes of information and find creative solutions
  • English level B1+ or higher for communication with the international team and global candidate search
  • Proactiveness, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Searching for and selecting candidates for external vacancies of our partners in international markets
  • Utilizing AI tools and automated systems to optimize sourcing
  • Conducting in-depth research on candidate profiles, analyzing experience, skills, and professional achievements
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify candidate requirements
  • Finding talents on professional platforms and other resources using advanced technologies and artificial intelligence
  • Preparing concise candidate profiles for recruiters/account managers
  • Monitoring recruitment trends and implementing new approaches to enhance process efficiency
