REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in Ukrainian (both spoken and written). High level of written literacy
  • Ability to professionally and clearly formulate responses, maintaining a positive company image
  • Capable of handling large amounts of information, maintaining order in the CRM, and updating candidate statuses
  • Open to candidates without prior experience in IT, but with the expectation of quick adaptation and the ability to acquire new skills within a short period

    Will be a plus:
  • Experience with CRM systems or a willingness to quickly learn such tools
  • Understanding of basic recruitment processes is an advantage but not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling Correspondence via CRM1:
    – Working with CRM1 to respond to messages from candidates
    – Taking candidates into the workflow after their response (interest/non-interest)
    – Managing communication with candidates until the HR interview stage
    – Updating candidates’ statuses in CRM1

  • Working with CRM2:
    – Checking candidate statuses: relevance, interaction with other team members, recent contacts, and feedback → without involving a recruiter
    – Independently adding new candidates to the CRM → without involving a recruiter

  • Collaboration with the Recruitment Team:
    – Transferring candidates to the recruiter after successfully passing the Tech screen (in this case, the recruiter who received the candidate handles them up to the offer stage)
    – Providing feedback to the candidate → in case of a negative result after the Tech screen
    – Participating in daily meetings to discuss statuses and receive relevant updates

  • Communication with Candidates:
    – Conducting correspondence → mostly in Ukrainian
    – Maintaining a positive company image through professional and clear communication
