At Eventyr, we are pushing the boundaries of software development. As we grow, we are looking for a proactive Outreach Campaign Manager to refine and improve our multi-channel outreach efforts. This role involves managing a team of outreach specialists, enhancing outreach efficiency, and driving results through targeted campaigns. You will work with well-defined KPIs and play a crucial role in scaling our operations by calculating and analyzing performance metrics, while continuously optimizing our outreach process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in managing outreach or sales teams, ideally within the tech or digital marketing industries
  • Strong experience in working with KPI-based performance targets, with a proven ability to exceed goals
  • Experience in collecting, calculating, and analyzing outreach data and performance metrics to drive process improvements
  • Deep understanding of outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, phone, and messengers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach automation tools
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively, motivate a team, and manage daily operations
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on optimizing processes and delivering results

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage an outreach team, ensuring optimal performance and daily operational efficiency

    Outreach Strategy Optimization: Develop, refine, and manage outreach strategies and message sequences across multiple platforms (including email, LinkedIn, phone calls, messengers and other)

    KPI-Driven Results: Set, track, and achieve performance KPIs for both individual team members and overall outreach campaigns

    Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Collect, calculate, and analyze outreach statistics to assess team performance and improve conversion rates across outreach channels

    Process Improvement: Continuously refine the outreach process, identifying new opportunities for enhancing pipeline performance

    Quality Control & Attention to Detail: Dive deep into the outreach process to understand each step thoroughly
  • Monitor and verify the quality of data used for outreach to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Ensure that each step of the outreach process meets the highest quality standards and is consistently optimized for efficiency

    CRM Management: Oversee the use of CRM systems (HubSpot) and outreach automation tools to monitor, track, and report progress
