Multiple casual/puzzle/hypercasual games for mobile platforms, might be other types of projects (other genres, apps)

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (mobile / game development preferred)
Strong product thinking — focus on player value and business impact (retention, LTV, soft launch logic)
Experience with mobile F2P pipelines — R&D, soft launch, live-ops, A/B testing
Solid Agile / Scrum experience with a pragmatic, non-dogmatic approach (sentido común — common sense).
Excellent client communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Proven experience in risk management and decision-making under uncertainty
Proven experience in change request management when projects are near budget limits
Strong budget management skills with practical financial responsibility
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without loss of delivery quality
Ability to make fast, informed decisions under time and resource constraints
Experience with demos and presentations for clients and executive audiences
Professional maturity — ability to stop or pivot projects that do not meet goals

Delivery ownership — full responsibility for project outcomes (time, scope, budget)
Project planning & scope definition — estimates, milestones, roadmaps for R&D mobile projects (casual / puzzle / hypercasual)
Multi-project management — parallel control of several prototypes and live projects
Uncertainty & R&D management — hypothesis-driven development, fast iterations, go / iterate / kill decisions
Stakeholder & client management — expectations, alignment, and transparent communication
Risk management — proactive identification, mitigation, and decision ownership
Change management — scope and requirement changes under strict budget constraints
Budget ownership — planning, tracking, and cost optimization
Cross-functional leadership — coordination across development, design, QA, analytics, product
Executive reporting — clear, decision-oriented updates for management and clients
Demos & presentations — structured product and progress demonstrations focused on business value
