About Project

In partnership with a venture capital fund, we’re launching an AI lab to rapidly build, validate and scale products in white-label verticals. Our first product is AI Recruiter Platform. AI Recruiter Platform is a B2B SaaS product that automates LinkedIn recruitment through AI agents.The system handles the complete hiring funnel: sourcing, outreach, candidate conversations, screening, and handoff to ATS.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must Have:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in manual software testing
  • Experience testing web applications (React-based preferred)
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles (test design, boundary analysis, equivalence partitioning)
  • Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Insomnia or similar)
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data verification
  • Experience with bug tracking systems (Linear, JIRA or similar)
  • Understanding of async systems (queues, scheduled tasks, webhooks)
  • Clear communication in English (written)
  • Active daily use of AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) for QA tasks
  • Ability to write effective prompts for test case generation
  • Openness to AI-first workflow and continuous learning

    Nice to Have:
  • Experience with test automation (Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
  • Experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) for writing tests
  • Experience testing payment integrations (Stripe)
  • Experience testing LinkedIn or social media automation tools
  • Basic TypeScript/JavaScript understanding.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manual Testing:
  • Perform comprehensive testing of web application (client + admin panels)
  • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and usability testing
  • Test complex async flows: task scheduling, queue processing, warmup progression
  • Verify API integrations

    Documentation & Reporting:
  • Create and maintain test documentation using AI assistance (test cases, checklists)
  • Document bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, expected/actual results
  • Report testing results and quality risks to the team

    AI-First Approach:
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) daily for test case generation, bug analysis, edge case discovery
  • Leverage AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor) to write and maintain E2E tests
  • Continuously explore AI-powered QA tools and methodologies

    Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for test automation and implement with AI assistance
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline with automated smoke tests
  • Proactively suggest quality improvements.
