About Project

Eventyr is scaling its outbound outreach efforts and requires a dedicated Research Specialist to support our team with high-quality data collection and analysis, including identifying potential clients, validating contact details, and organizing actionable insights to enhance outreach campaigns. This role is essential to ensuring our outreach campaigns are targeted, effective, and backed by precise information.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to process large volumes of information
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with paid data research tools and manual research methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

    Would be a plus:
  • Knowledge of research automation tools such
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and tools for data scraping and task automation

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential prospects and gather key decision-maker information
  • Identify and validate company and individual contact details, including phone numbers, social networks, messengers, and emails, using databases and manual research techniques
  • Organize and refine collected data to ensure accuracy and relevance for outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to refine targeting strategies and align data efforts with campaign objectives
  • Build a system of data quality analytics and validation, including creating criteria for data accuracy, developing processes for cross-referencing information from multiple sources, and implementing tools or scripts to automate data verification and identify discrepancies
  • Maintain and improve databases to ensure up-to-date and actionable insights
