REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience, including building complex platforms from scratch
  • Strong expertise in Angular (RxJS, Redux, Angular CLI) and solid hands-on experience with React or readiness to transition quickly
  • Proficient in GCP and Okta integration for authentication and cloud-based deployments
  • Understanding of unit testing (Jasmine) and end-to-end testing (Cypress) practices
  • Deep understanding of modern front-end architecture, performance optimization, and clean code principles
  • Fluent English — both written and spoken — with the ability to communicate clearly and proactively across distributed teams
  • Excellent soft skills: collaborative, dependable, and solution-oriented
  • Highly responsible and accountable, able to own tasks end-to-end and deliver high-quality results from day one

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive front-end development for a complex, large-scale web platform — from initial concept to full production delivery
  • Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant UI components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements and user flows
  • Drive the transition from Angular to React, ensuring smooth migration and consistency across the codebase
  • Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and testing frameworks (unit and E2E)
  • Ensure seamless integration between front-end and backend systems through efficient API usage
  • Optimize front-end architecture for maintainability, scalability, and performance
  • Take full ownership of tasks, from planning and development to deployment and support
  • Communicate effectively within a distributed team, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders
