About Project

In partnership with a venture capital fund, we’re launching an AI lab to rapidly build, validate and scale products in white-label verticals. Our first product is AI Recruiter Platform. AI Recruiter Platform is a B2B SaaS product that automates LinkedIn recruitment through AI agents. The system handles the complete hiring funnel: sourcing, outreach, candidate conversations, screening, and handoff to ATS.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience as Product Manager in B2B SaaS
  • Experience launching a product from scratch to market (0 → 1)
  • Strong product discovery and customer development skills: ICP definition, discovery interviews, pain validation
  • Solid understanding of product frameworks (Jobs-to-be-Done, RICE, Value Proposition Canvas, etc.)
  • If B2C background — clear understanding of B2B specifics (longer sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, enterprise needs)
  • Genuine interest in AI, process automation, and recruitment domain — you’ll need to dive deep
  • Strong analytical skills with experience designing event-based analytics
  • Understanding of go-to-market fundamentals: positioning, value proposition, market segmentation
  • Experience writing detailed PRDs and decomposing into user stories
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Agile/Scrum experience: backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder communication
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) — customer communication required
  • Understanding of technical products (APIs, integrations, async systems)


  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in HR-tech, recruitment platforms, or talent acquisition tools
  • Experience with USA market (primary target market)
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products
  • Experience validating pricing and willingness to pay
  • Technical background: ability to read code, understand system architecture
  • Experience with Stripe billing models and subscription products
  • SQL knowledge for querying data and building reports
  • Familiarity with Linear, Figma, Notion
  • Experience with products involving compliance/risk (LinkedIn automation, social media)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Development & ICP Definition:
  • Define target persona: company type (agency/SaaS/enterprise), size, role, internal processes
  • Conduct customer discovery interviews to understand real workflows and pain points
  • Identify jobs-to-be-done and where the pain is most acute
  • Validate willingness to pay and pricing hypotheses
  • Build exact customer portrait and ‘ideal sounding request’ in market language
  • Create and maintain customer personas and journey maps
  • Establish regular customer feedback loops (weekly/bi-weekly check-ins)
  • Deliver: ICP, customer language, segment with maximum pain, pricing hypotheses


  • Event-Based Analytics & Measurement:
  • Design key events: funnel entry, onboarding steps, activation, key actions, drop-off points, value events
  • Build event-based analytics infrastructure and product funnels
  • Define and track activation, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Monitor business metrics: MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, payback period
  • Set up A/B testing framework for outreach templates and product features
  • Create measurable funnel as foundation for product and marketing decisions
  • Data-driven prioritization using RICE, ICE or similar frameworks


  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Build first market-ready product version based on discovery insights
  • Create and maintain living roadmap: 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 months with resource considerations
  • Define team capacity and establish sprint-based product processes
  • Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Conduct competitive analysis: LinkedIn automation tools, ATS systems, recruitment platforms
  • Specify features based on discovery data, not assumptions
  • Balance short-term validation wins with long-term product vision


  • Go-to-Market Strategy (in partnership with Growth Marketing Lead):
  • Define product differentiation and unique value proposition
  • Shape website positioning and conversion messaging
  • Collaborate on messaging hypotheses for different segments and personas
  • Define target markets: USA as primary, Europe as secondary/experimental
  • Connect product development with real market demand and customer feedback


  • Requirements & Documentation:
  • Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) for major features
  • Decompose PRDs into Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes for new features
  • Maintain product documentation and knowledge base
  • Work with designer on UI/UX specifications
  • Define technical constraints and acceptance criteria with engineering


  • Development Process Management:
  • Own the product backlog in Linear, keep it groomed and prioritized
  • Run sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective sessions
  • Accept completed stories against acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate releases and communicate changes to stakeholders
  • Manage technical debt and bug prioritization
  • Unblock development team by providing timely decisions and clarifications


  • AI & Domain-Specific Responsibilities:
  • Define AI behavior requirements: response tone, no-hallucination policy, escalation rules
  • Manage Human-in-the-loop vs automation balance (Communicator role phase-out criteria)
  • Monitor AI quality: review generated messages, track confidence scores, improve prompts
  • Ensure LinkedIn compliance: understand platform limits, anti-automation measures, risk mitigation
  • Track recruitment industry trends and incorporate into product development
