About Project

In partnership with a venture capital fund, we’re launching an AI lab to rapidly build, validate and scale products in white-label verticals. Our first product is AI Recruiter Platform. AI Recruiter Platform is a B2B SaaS product that automates LinkedIn recruitment through AI agents. The system handles the complete hiring funnel: sourcing, outreach, candidate conversations, screening, and handoff to ATS. The product has two interfaces: a client-facing recruitment dashboard and an internal admin panel for operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must Have:
  • 4+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer, with focus on web applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS or complex dashboard design
  • Expert-level Figma skills: components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping
  • Active use of AI tools in design workflow
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems
  • Solid UX fundamentals: user research, information architecture, interaction design
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
  • Experience working directly with developers on implementation
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) — team communication required
  • Self-driven: able to work autonomously with minimal supervision

    Nice to Have:
  • Experience with HR-tech, recruitment platforms, or talent acquisition tools
  • Experience designing AI-powered products or chatbot interfaces
  • Basic understanding of React and Tailwind CSS
  • Motion design skills (micro-interactions, animations)
  • Experience with conversion-focused landing page design
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory)
  • Experience in early-stage startups or 0→1 product launches

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Design:
  • Own the entire product design: client dashboard, admin panel, onboarding flows
  • Create and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, patterns)
  • Design new features from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
  • Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback and analytics data
  • Ensure visual consistency across all product touchpoints
  • Design responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile web

    UX & User Research:
  • Participate in customer discovery calls to understand user needs and pain points
  • Analyze user behavior through analytics and session recordings
  • Create user journey maps and identify friction points
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on findings
  • Translate complex B2B workflows into intuitive interfaces

    AI-Powered Design Workflow:
  • Use AI tools for rapid visual exploration and asset generation
  • Leverage AI for ideation: quick concept variations, mood boards, style exploration
  • Use AI assistants for UX copywriting and microcopy iteration
  • Experiment with AI-powered Figma plugins to accelerate workflow
  • Stay current with emerging AI design tools and integrate best ones into workflow

    Marketing & Go-to-Market Support:
  • Design landing pages and website visuals that convert
  • Create marketing assets: social media graphics, presentations, email templates
  • Collaborate with Growth Lead on A/B test variations for ads and landing pages
  • Maintain brand consistency across product and marketing materials

    Collaboration & Handoff:
  • Work closely with PM on feature requirements and user flows
  • Prepare detailed specs and assets for developer handoff
  • Review implemented designs and provide feedback
  • Participate in sprint planning and estimation
  • Document design decisions and maintain organized Figma files
