We need the Strong Senior Game Designer to be hired for the start-up studio of our customer to be created with Eventyr’s help. The studio will be focused on casual and hyper-casual mobile games
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for someone who:
Has significant experience in a leadership role within game design, such as Senior Producer, Lead Game Designer, or Head of Game Design
Is highly passionate and motivated
Understands how to use data to inform decisions, with a focus on design thinking and user experience
Has strong analytical skills to identify trends and adjust strategies
Can manage multiple tasks, adapting communication as needed
Can communicate effectively in English in a professional setting
RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll play a crucial role in connecting with senior leadership and team leads to:
Propose new game features and concepts for different genres
Clearly communicate your vision and work with senior management to achieve project objectives
Help the team develop clear documentation for game concepts and features
Assist in creating effective workflows and systems for game economies and design
Monitor and enhance game play, economic models, monetization strategies, and the user experience/interface
Use KPIs to make strategic decisions
Keep up with market trends to identify and set new directions
Analyze mobile game mechanics in detail
