Job Description:
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Eventyr, you will be responsible for designing innovative and user-friendly interfaces for our dating applications. We are seeking a designer with a strong background in designing for web applications, especially in the social and dating app space. Your expertise in creating visually engaging designs and understanding user behavior will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of a large design system from scratch to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. This role also involves regular communication with clients and C-level executives in English to present and discuss design ideas, ensuring that the project vision aligns with business goals and user needs. Therefore, a confident command of the English language is essential for effectively presenting concepts and collaborating at the highest level.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of proven design experience (web/mobile applications) in product design, UI/UX, interaction, and graphic design
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience in creating large design systems from scratch
  • Experience in creating and working with design systems
  • Understanding of user behavior and psychology, especially within the context of dating applications and social platforms
  • Portfolio that showcases your design skills and previous projects
  • Strong technical understanding of design to collaborate effectively with engineers
  • Knowledge of current design and technology trends
  • Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and C-level executives
  • Ability to prioritize design tasks effectively

    Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with dating apps or social networking platforms
  • Experience with working on creator platforms or similar user-driven environments
  • Experience with working in product ecosystems and white-label projects
  • Academic certificate in Design/Digital Arts or related field
  • Experience in graphic design and printing

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design engaging user flows and interfaces specifically tailored for a dating platform, social networks, creators platforms
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system for the dating project, social networks, creators platforms
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (particularly in Figma)
  • Ensure that the user experience reflects the needs of users in the dating space, focusing on ease of use, accessibility, and user engagement
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and developers to deliver high-quality UI/UX deliverables
  • Continuously iterate on design concepts and user feedback to optimize the user experience
  • Work on personalization features and design solutions to enhance user interaction, matchmaking, and engagement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design stages and platforms (web/mobile\)
  • Present design concepts and ideas to clients and C-level executives in English, ensuring alignment with business goals and project vision
  • Provide design support for promotional and marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and presentations
