About Project

UX-Driven Product Designer (Mobile, B2C, Gaming) – full-time freelance role in a fast-growing mobile rewards platform. You’ll design user experiences that convert, excite, and retain players, blending gaming mechanics, mobile e-commerce flows, and performance-driven UX. This is an opportunity to own end-to-end flows, validate ideas with data, and shape the product for millions of users across the globe.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience designing mobile B2C apps with measurable conversion/retention results
  • Strong grasp of freemium UX, performance marketing flows, and in-app commerce patterns
  • Comfortable using Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar tools for data-driven design decisions
  • Skilled in Figma and remote collaboration tools (Loom, Slack)
  • Able to work within CET time zone ±1 hour
  • Proactive, data-oriented, and adaptable to fast iteration cycles

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own UX/UI flows from concept to polished, high-fidelity designs in Figma
  • Apply a gamer’s mindset to conversion, retention, and freemium behavior design
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams on experiments and features
  • Validate design decisions via A/B testing, UX metrics, and user behavior analytics
  • Conduct user research, heuristic testing, and competitive benchmarking
  • Iterate quickly, balancing speed with design quality
  • Maintain and extend our shared design system
